From April 2 to May 9, 2023, the online festival "For Our Victory!" dedicated to the Great Patriotic War will be held online.
The festival is open to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, residents of besieged Leningrad, home front workers, children of war, former prisoners of ghettos and concentration camps, as well as children and grandchildren of all of the above; artists, musicians, poets, writers, journalists, media groups, political and public figures, government agencies and public organizations, local historians and historians, schoolchildren, students, and teaching groups.
The main objectives of the Festival are:
— preservation of the historical memory of the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet Union of 1941-1945, uniting the countries and peoples of the post-Soviet space and far abroad;
— introducing young people to historical memory through direct participation in the project, which is a necessary component of cultural and civic socialization of the younger generation;
— the unity of peoples who share the idea of preserving universal values, etc., and the historical memory of the peoples of the former USSR;
— development of humanitarian intercultural dialogue in the field of public diplomacy.
Applications with videos and photos are accepted by category:
We remember and are proud of: welcoming addresses in video or text format on behalf of organizations and individual participants - to briefly express their attitude to the Great Patriotic War and the fact that they seek to blacken its memory; format: official letters – jpg, jpeg format; video – MOV format up to 3 min.
Victory Songs: artist's welcome address (preferably) + music video — recordings of performances from previous years are possible for participation; format: 1-2 min appeal, MOV video format.
Victory Poems: welcome address by the author or reader (preferably) + reading poetry or an excerpt from prose about the Great Patriotic War; format: 1-2 min appeal, MOV video format.
To keep in mind: thematic photo collections and archival documents with text annotations; format: photo - jpg, jpeg format; text — DOC format; if there are more than one annotation, then the names of the text and photo files must match by numbers.
Living memory: welcome address (preferably) + memory of a veteran / eyewitness of the war or a descendant of a hero — recordings of previous years are possible for participation, indicating in the accompanying text whether the speaker is currently alive, if it is an elderly person; format: photo — jpg format, jpeg; text – DOC format, video – MOV format).
The participant confirms his participation in the festival by e-mail with a completed application and the required attachment by March 20, 2023.

The application form filled out by the candidate for participation in the festival is a confirmation that the participant of the festival fully agrees with the terms and procedure of the festival.
